Hi All, great site so I thought I'd join and ask a question!

I've have an ODBC running which pulls out a number of row of data into Excel 2007. I've then got a formula to count the amount of duplicates in the range and a conditional format to change the colour, this is all straight forward and easy!!!

Now the problem I'm having is, when I rerun the ODBC data and it pulls in new data, I need the Formula and Conditional Formatting of the cells to adjust to the new range length automatically? I've searched the web and Excel Help but I can't find anything (I might be searching for the wrong thing!!!)

It there a straight forward way of doing this?

The formula in the cells is =COUNTIF($D$2:$D$290,D108) This is just counting the duplicates from the range in each cell, the formula is positioned in Column A and the ODBC starts in Column B - H. The conditional formatting in the Traffic Light Icon Set. The effect it give is for each row of the ODBC a different colour is displayed depending on the number of duplicates.

Many Thanks

Nigel
