Not to sure if this is the right bit of this forum or not, if not I’m sure someone will put me right!! Also not too sure how to phase the question so bear with me on this.
I have Excell 2007 spread sheet which is a call register if you like ie reporting when a call is made but I would like to add the function to tell the user when to make the next call according to some rules.
So:
Each row is one client which is graded by the number of weeks after which they should be called again (this could be 1,2,4,8,12 or 26 weeks.)
So if client 1) call routine is every 4 weeks and the last call was in week 15 we need to highlight week 19.
Or Client 2) every 8 weeks & the last call was in say week 9, we need to highlight week 17.
Just to make life more fun there is some conditional formatting in each cell ~ does this make any difference, however each cell is clear until a selection from a drown menu is made after the call.
Is this possible?
