Creating a formula to add 30% to worksheet figures?

Ok guys, im new to the forum and excel. I have a late report due @ work.... I have people who have worked for 4 days to get me numbers i need and they are not right.....

Anyways I have a spreadsheet with a whole lot of numbers on it... I need to add 30% to each number. What is the easiest way to set this up. Help ASAP would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

    Hi Easy Tech,

    Welcome to the forum

Let’s assume that your numbers are in A1:A10; in B1 put this formula =a1*.3+a1, copy this formula down to B10.

    Does this help

    Regards

    blah

I have numbers everywhere on this spreadsheet. I'm not sure where or how to put the formula in. They are in column B-M Rows 7-40... In random boxes. I think i may just be better taking a calculator and doing it all seperatly lol.

That does help.. I dont think me being lazy and expecting numbers to calculate themselves was going to work. How do you attach files? i'll show you what im working with.
