Need Helping With Addition Across Tabs

I was wondering how to add across tabs. I have tabs Jan, Feb, Mar etc. . . I was hoping to have a total tab and add up all the totals from each month. I have tried =SUM(Jan!I2,Feb!I2), where I2 has the total for each month. Apparently I have no clue what I am doing so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

    Hello cleary71,

Put single quotes before and after the sheet name...

You only need the single quotes if the sheet names contain a space.

You can use a 3D range: =SUM(Jan:Dec!I12), assuming Jan is the leftmost sheet and Dec the rightmost.
