    Hitting enter

My organization is building a new performance management tool in Excel, in which the managers can enter comments about their employee in a cell within a particular worksheet. However, as you know, if you type in a cell, and hit enter to go to the next line, you actually move the next cell below.

Outside of hitting ALT+Enter, is there a way to format the cell so that when you hit enter, it is treated as a true "carriage return" within the cell, and allows a person to write paragraphs?

    Thanks!

    Short of writing code, no.

And if you did, what would you hit when you were done?
