Have a look at "Format, Cells, Protection" & "Tools, Protection".
Gives you options to protect cells, worksheet & workbook.

    Here are 2 options.

    1. Only lock cells with formulas:

    - Select all cells (CTRL + A), Format > Cells > Protection, uncheck Locked, and click OK
    - Edit > GoTo, click Special, select Formulas, then click OK
    - Tools > Protection > Protect Sheet, and assign a password (or leave blank for no password)

    2. Lock all cells, except for the specified cells that you will allow input:

    - Select all cells (CTRL + A), Format > Cells > Protection, make sure Locked is checked, and click OK
    - Select cells you want to allow input (hold down CTRL while clicking on non-contiguous cells)
    - Format > Cells > Protection, uncheck Locked, and click OK
    - Tools > Protection > Protect Sheet, and assign a password (or leave blank for no password)
