Trying do extract only certain information on a new tab

    Hello,

I am looking for a formula or macro that will take

    BOL Truck Cost Charged Person

    88005 Truck $40.00 $52.00 Michelle
    88010 Carrier $30.00 $45.00 Peter
    88015 Carrier $25.00 $37.00 Stacy

On a seperate tabs (Michelle) (Peter) (Stacy) and look in "person" column. If the person is Michelle return the BOL, truck,cost.... ( there will be a bunch of these rows not just these three. I don't want empty rows under each person, and for some reason I am suppose to do this in Excel instead of Access.

    Anyone help?

If you can move the names column to the front (i.e. to column A) this can be done with a simple unique-counter formula and vlookups.

The better way, however, would be a pivot table - although we might still need a duplication check.

    See attached.
