Excel 2007 : Exporting Conditional Format Icons

Hopefully this is the right place to post this!

I'm using 2007 and really like the Conditional Formatting options, especially the use of icons. My problem is that I want to place the table into a highlight report (Word 2007) and whatever method I have used, so far, copies the table in without taking the formatting.

Can anyone help me with how this can be achieved without placing the table in as an image file.
