Rank in Pivot Table

Hey all,

I am have a pivot table with rep names and sales data.. how can i add another column with the reps ranking based on the YTD sales ?? Help is greatly appreciated.. thanks

The easiest way is to add a column outside the pivot table - something like =rank(cell,$column$ref)

hey charlie.. the first option is what i am doing rite now.. but i was wondering if this was possible in a pivot as the pivot table groups the reps by region so i could have regional rankings as well ..
