Background image

Can anyone suggest how to include a backgound image that does not tile and can be positioned in a specific place in a worksheet? Format > Sheet > Background doesn't work because it tiles the image. Placing an image in a header or footer doesn't work because the image needs to be in the center of the sheet. Insert > Picture and then Order >Send to back doesn't work because the image is still in front of the worksheet. Any suggestions?

what if you make the image transparent??
That might help? you click on format picture and then fnd the transparecny scale.. play aorund with the transparency %.
