[Solved?] Changeable master form to update children?

I'm currently working on a form to fill out in a study on different analyzers; the master form has gone through several revisions. To keep things looking neat, all the "children" forms have had to be altered, too. The amount of data is getting large and having to do this is getting annoying.

Is there a way to create a master form that is modifyable where the changes are spread through the children? i.e. if I insert a row with new information, I'd like the change to occur on multiple sheets. If I move a row to a different spot, similarly, I'd want all my forms with data to move around to follow suit

    Thanks

Alright. What I've done is made a small example of what the excel file currently looks like.

To describe my actual problem further: I have a master blank that I can print off so that, when our auditors go into the field and look at instruments, they can write down their observations. I take that information and then upload it to the file as different sheets. Sometimes, extra notes that the Auditor thinks are useful for that particular instrument can be applied to all instrument studies, so I would want to update the master form. I do so, but now, all of the sheets are slightly different when compared to this master blank. I then have to reinput the information, which takes awhile since I have at least 50 instrument audits, so far. I'd like all sheets to reflect the changes to the blank to save myself some trouble.

In my example, I have a general form called Master Blank that contains no information. I have other sheets labeled StudyX at various "stages" of the Master Blank's creation. I've also included the desired result of StudyX.

I'm fairly sure that the method I'm currently using of copying the Master Blank as another sheet won't give me the results I want, so feel free to introduce a new method, if you can.

    Thanks

That made every blank area of the master sheet paste as a 0 on the child sheet using excel 2007.

Edit: Well, I was able to do what I wanted by writing a complex chunk of code.

I was hoping that there was a method of doing this built-in, but I couldn't find it. If you check this file and it turns out there actually is a function built in, please let me know via pm. Otherwise, I think this is solved.
