making lower case letters capital

hi there everyone, im hoping someone can help me with a small issue i have in excel. i seem to remember there being a way to highlight some cells with text in them, and converting all the characters to capital letters, is there a quick way to do this, or am i just imagining it?

You could use the formula UPPER. This changes all lower case letters in a text string from lower case to upper case.
