If date in cell is today's date make it bold?

I have a column with dates in.

Could I make the cell that contains today's date bold or stand out in some way?

IF(A1=sysdate then bold or cell background blue)

Something like that translated into Excel I guess.

    Thanks

    Use Conditional Formatting..

Select Cell and go to Format|Conditional Formatting

Select Cell Value Is >> Equal to >> and enter =Today()

Click Format and choose your formatting styles.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
