How to open a XLSX file with Excel 2003 without converter

I got an excel e-mail attachment with extension XLSX (Excel 2007), I have Excel 2003 that can only open XLS extension. Without downloading a converter long file after I update the file. I need to resend it to others. They don't have Excel 2007, they have Excel 2003. How can I get the XLSX open?
I use Excel 2003, daily for Sports stats, and other things.

Send that link above to your friends/family, too. It's a must have for people who have no need to upgrade to 2007. Everyone should install it.

Yes, but you won't have to care. Once it's installed you can open/close 2007 files effortlessly, there will be no additional steps needed.

That's why you AND your colleagues need to all install it, then stop worrying about the format. It won't matter.
