    Copying subtotals only for graph.

    How do you copy only subtotal values to a new column or spreadsheet? I collapsed the rows to show subtotals only.

    Add a new icon to your toolbar. It's under Edit and is called "Select visible cells only". It looks like four black rectangles with a cross in the spaces.

    Highlight your selection, then click the icon you just added. Go to the target location and paste special - Values.

    The keystroke for Teylyn's suggestion are,


    Select range
    CTRL+G
    Special...
    Visible Cells Only

    CTRL+C

    paste as required
