Hello All,

I have a problem that I am hoping someone on here can help with.

I am using Excel 2007 on a Windows XP machine.

Here is the issue. I have a Data Table on a sheet called Raw Data this table consists of data from my ACD such as Total Volume Offered, Volume Handled, Abandon and Routed out in their own columns. The data is volume by month and the table is setup for the full 2008 year.

I have setup a Pivot off of this table that so that I can bar Chart the data and show how we are performing. The problem was that the Graph was showing the Months all the way out to Dec as I didn't want to manually manipulate the data set in the pivot each time I update a New month’s worth of data. I was asked if I could only show the data for Months that had occurred so I figured I could setup a Pivot Filter that Filtered all 0's and Nulls and only showed real data. The filter I used was to look at the Offered data if there was valid data in there then display the month

This worked until I got to my first month of new data. What I found was that when I updated the Table with Oct data and then refreshed the pivot it only showed data from Jan - Sept If I go to the Pivot Table and click on the Filter I can see the new data in there but it isn't checked. I recall that with 2003 the behavior was opposite to the behavior I am now having with 2007.

Does anyone know I can have the new data be put in and seen without having to go in and check the new data as it arrives?

Thanks in advance
Daniel
