How do you display data from a column next to another column identified by a formula

I have columns A, B, C, and D filled with data. In column E, I have =Max(D1:D10), =Max(D11:D20), etc... I want column F to display the data from Column C that corresponds to that Maximum

    ex. (something like this)

    A B C D
    1 1 1 1
    2 2 3 2
    1 2 2 4

So, column E would show "4" which is the maximum of column D, and I want column F to show "2"

Anybody know what to do (For excel 2007)
