    Converting formulas to integers

Is there a easy way to automatically convert formulas to integers? For instance, if a cell is: =(c1+c2) and the answer is 3, is there a way that that formula can just become the integer 3 and not be (c1+c2) any longer?

    Welcome to the forum.

Edit > Copy, Edit > Paste Special, tick Values
Entia non sunt multiplicanda sine necessitate

    Thanks for the welcome.

I am using Word for Mac, and when I get to Post Special, there is no "Values" to tick. There is "VALU", which does not get me what I want.
