I've been asked to put together a resourcing gantt chart and am having some difficulty. I've attached an example of the sheet I'm putting together.
Basically, I'm trying to get Excel to look at the data in the table A12:E19 and firstly mark against the date that they are supposed to be working (B4:B9). However, each person doesn't work everyday on each job so I need Excel to mark only the days per week specified in E12:E19. How this is marked doesn't matter too much, except that each resource is marked individually.
I'm not sure if this is possible - but some pointers would help.
