    Occurences

Does anyone have a suggestion for the following please?

Column's AB are the red ranges, DE are the blue ranges.
Row 1 is the 1st data range for each type of data set.
I would like to be able to see where the red range set. i.e. from row 1 down to 34 (there will be more or less rows each time)
has data values that overlap and be able to read how many occurrences of overlap please.
