lining up data

I have 4 sets of data. Each set of data has a name with the data to the right corresponding to that respective name. One set of data is complete but the other sets are not so they are not lined up together. Is there a macro or function in Excel that can automatically line up this data so all the names and their corresponding data are on the same line.
