Well perhaps in d3
=IF(RIGHT(D$2,1)*1<=LOOKUP($B3,{"H";"Q";"Y"},{2;4;1}),"yes","no")
and in e3
=IF(D3="yes",$C3/LOOKUP($B3,{"H";"Q";"Y"},{2;4;1})*$D$1,"")

They can then be copied to the other cells
