I am using a function =alarm(B2,">=20")
this one work ok, but can I get both bigger and smaller than check at the same time
I try =alarm(B2,"=OR(<=10,>=20)
THIS ONE CANNOT WORK.
WHAT IS MY MISTAKE.

Not knowing what the alarm function is, maybe
=alarm(B2, OR(B2<=10, B2>=20) )
