Locked worksheet not tabbing over

I have a worksheet that is locked, with a handful of unlocked cells, which are able to be edited. The entire sheet is protected. I have ensured that only the cells I need are unlocked.

Although, starting on the first unlocked cell, I am not able to tab over or enter thru the remainder of the worksheet. It's stuck on the inital cell I clicked on. In the past, it tabs over.......

Is there something I am missing??

check when you protect the sheet.

you can pick which type of cells you want to be able to select.

protected or unprotected.

make sure that's correct.
