Hello, i have a simple question, i have a workbook with many many worksheets but i would also like it either all data to be updated in a "master" worksheet or even easier to just open it all in 1 page but how?! with gmail i can select open as html document and opens it all at once but i would like a more efficient solution thanks in advance

    Hi there,

Without being facetious... if you want all the information on one page, put it all on one page. If it helps, you can set print boundaries very precisely wrt cell borders so that you get the right output from your printer.
If you are trying to edit the same information on many pages, you can link cells simply by =<other cell on other page>.
Alternatively, if you shift+click or ctrl+click the sheet tabs you can select multiple sheets, any changes you then make are reflected in the same references on each selected sheet.

Without knowing more about what you're trying to do I can't really be more helpful.

Nono listen what i want to do, imagine an events calendar that is being worked on shared folders of a lan, i have hyperlinked (to its corresponding sheet) in the first worksheet all the weeks (aka */*/*-*/*/*) of the year. so one of the workers wants to also be able to see all the worksheets at once. When i was making this excel i sent it over to my gmail, and accidentaly i pressed the "Open as HTML document" when i was dling, then a page comes where all the sheets are being contained in 1 large page. So thats what i want to do but with a way not so stupid as senting it over my gmail account and open it as html document^^

How about creating several new windows and saving the workspace?

Ok i will try with a picture maybe it is more understandable

First i will start with a picture of the excel file:
    cal1.gif
Each sheet has different weeks of the year but the first sheet links to them.

Each sheet content may vary but usually looks as follows:
    cal2.gif

Now if u sent this to gmail and you view as html cal3.gif

    you get the desired effectcal4.gif

The thing is now to get the desired effect without having to upload like an idiot on gmail every time!.

Thank you very much in advance

Edit: Oh btw in attachment 1 where it says all date in 2nd sheet is misleading ! its not in the final version.

As Charlie mentioned the best way is to have all the info on one sheet otherwise you would need a macro to merge the sheets into a master. See if link is of any use
