Calculating TAT between two date/times - only count business hours

    Hi Guys...

I had to do a second post because my first one I unfortunately gave really bad specifications.

I'd like to calculate the TAT between two date/times.

I only want to count time during business hours (exclude weekends and holidays).

For example if a request comes in on Friday at 7:30pm...the clock does not start ticking until 8:30am on Monday (start of business day).

Hour business hours are M-F, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

If it's the time is 24 hours or less I'd like for it to say OK. If it exeeds 24 hours I'd like for it to say exceeds 24 hours.

    Thanks...
