Are you importing the weekly data into the same workbook each week for comparison purposes, or are you just comparing the two open workbooks?
I'm sure it's easy to compare using a formula, but we really need more information to be able to help. Perhaps if you upload a sample workbook.

I am comparing two open workbook. Each week, I download the information into a new worksheet and them compare the two reports for any changes.

Thank you NBVC...I found my answer in the respond you gave to dellf on 1/29/09. DELLF asked the question on "checking and indicating data from sheet to another"...this solves my problem.

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
