I have a two pages data containing a common alpha numeric description. One page has some information (in the column (B) adjacet to the common data) that I need to incorporate onto the other page. Example
sheet 1
column a
Exchg
sheet 2
column acolumn b
Exchgmw
with formula sheet 1 reads
column acolumn b
Exchgmw
Readup on using a VLookup formula, or an INDEX(Match() formula. Both are perfectly suited for this task.
