    Button input or inputing using IF.

    I basically need to switch between ranges of cells to data input alot. so i thought of making a fixed field to enter the data which transfers the data over to designated cells .

    Attached is an example.

    I am not too sure which one will work, the If statement captures the data but when i switch out , the entry is gone .

    Instead is it possible to use the button to record the data once?

    I may sound confusing but please view the file for a better idea

    p.s. i cant make a data input form reason being the large amount of cell ranges which may shift.

    Just figured what i could do is record a macro that copies the cell data into the cells below for the button. But i want to give it a condition , maybe an If function like if the value from dropdown list is store 1, the cells are copied to store 1's range.
