    xx/xx/xxxx format to month name

    Hi --

    Is there a formula to automatically convert a date from the format of, say, 2/12/2009 to something like "Feb 2009" or "February 2009"? It needs to work for any day of the month, so that I can autofill...

    You mean:

    =TEXT(A2,"mmm yy")

    =TEXT(A2,"mmmm yy")
