    Adding Totals for Ungrouped Data

Hey everyone. On the attached spreadsheet, I need to calculate the total figures for each WP ID. Is there a macro which I can use to do that instead of having to go through every single one and then adding the totals?

You can use a pivot table

The only time consuming part will be making sure that you have something completed in column A for each entry.

My sample sheet (sheet 2) shows a pivot table for all relevant rows upto 50.

I considered pivot tables but there are some limitations. Im just using a subtotal formula for now.

    Thanks anyway.

Is something like the attached what are you are looking for?

I add column O... totalling values in Column E for each WPID in column A.

The formula can be copied across to get the sums for column F, G, H, etc...

Note: The formula used in O4 is an array formula and was confirmed by holding the CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER keys down after entering it in the cell... then it was copied down the columm. If you make changes to the formula in O4, you must reconfirm it with the CSE keys and then copy down/across.
