Insert Value from Cell If Date in Particular Month

Hello again,

Hoping for another solved problem -

I current have a list of percentages on sheet 4 - WM Contractor Details, Row 430 - Columns C to N One for each month of the year 2008

Then in Row 432 - again Columns C to N Entried for each month in 2009.


On another sheet 5 - Site Waste Record in column F - 14 to 569 i have various dates entered dd/mm/yyyy format.

I would like to be able to insert the relevant monthly percentage from Sheet 4 into the column H on Sheet 5 based on the date enetered.

Any help much appreciated.
