    reading last cell value

    Hi

    I have a workbook with many worksheets(over 10).I created a new worksheet in which I want to read the last cell value of each worksheet so i need a formula that reads the last cell value in Sheet1,the last cell value in sheet2...

    any help?

    More info required I think...

    Q: Is the last entry always in the same column or is it completely random ?

    Q: Is the data type of the last cell entry constant or is it also random ?
    (ie value always number or always text)

    Pending answers to the above you may be best served using VBA.
