    Complex Lookup data across two columns to return value

    The file has now been updated...

    +++++++++++++++
    I am trying to calculate price point groups for data. I have my data in four columns - low point and high point (for the range), ticket price and then price point group (which is the value I want to return).

    So I want to say
    Is the ticket price in the range between low point and high point, if so return the price point group.

    You should be able to see the file as attached...the actual data is much longer than this so I need a solution for a large volume of data

    Thanks.

    Re: Complex Lookup data across two columns to return value

    Hi

    I seem to be missing something as none of the ticket prices fall within any of the high or low points. Could you please explain a little more ?

    Thanks

    Regards

    Jeff
