no duplicate winners

I am trying to awarding winners of our league with trophies.
I have a filtered and sorted file that shows first place in each catageory based on score (row 4).
Since an individual can win only one award,I want the catageory winners, based on their name, along with their score to be placed on row 2 of attached file.(file to send.xls)
Row 16 shows expected results.No duplicate winners.

The above can be copied into each group... once you get to N/O you can drop the 3rd formula - you're only returning name & score.
