Paste large excel worksheet into word document

    Hi,

I am new to the forum.

I am trying to copy and paste a large workbook into a word document. In excel I choose the "fit to one page " selection, but when I copy and paste into word the pasted excel workbook is back to the original size.

How can I get it to be smaller once I paste it into word?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

well you could change the size by reducing font /cell height and width
try selecting the whole table and reduce font if it wont go less than 8 just type the value in ,6 is pretty small
so when you are in view 100% thats the size it will copy at

to do it/adjust in word once pasted in
edit select all (or highlight it manually0
change the font to something you can still read
making sure you still have it all selected
    then select table from toolbar
    use cell height and width
on rows tab select auto from the drop down
on colums tab click autofit, if it still doesnt fit! play about with the manual height and width fittings
