Select/Deselect All in Pivot table row

Is there a keyboard shortcut that would allow me to select or deselect all items in the row dropdown box when trying to filter what I want to show in my rows? I want to be able to deselect all rows and then go back and only select 2 or 3. Up to now I have had to arrow down and hit the spacebar about 250 times to accomplish this.

In xl2000 this would require a coded solution.

after 2000 they introduced a Show All/Select All option.
