Bar graph from pivot table need target line

Is it possible to have a target line and an actual line automated onto a bar graph from a pivot table? I have attached an example of what I want the end result to look like. Green would be goal and red would be actual. I can send the pivot table if you would like, just couldn't get both to post-too large.
