I'm looking for a formula to display the number of vacation hours accrued based on a hired date and the vacation accrual rate listed below. I have attached the excel sheet that I am using. Can anyone please help me? Thank you in advance.
Less than 1 year = 6.67 hours time # of months worked
1-5 years = 80 hours vacation time or 6.67 hours per month
5-10 years = 120 hours vacation time or 10 hours per month
10+ years = 160 hours or 13.33 hour per month

Do you just need to calculate the number of hours accrued this calendar year, or for a different period?
When is the time accrued, on each monthly anniversary of the hire date?
The time is accrued on the monthly anniversary of the hire date. I would need it to accrue for the present calendar year based on the accrual rate that I have listed below. What I would like for the formula to do is automatically calculate on a day-to-day basis accrued vacation hours that are available. Is this even possible? Thanks!!!
