Issue with Using Formulas to pull data from one sheet to another

Sorry if this has ever been covered before - I did a quick search and could find anything on the topic...but if it had been covered, please feel free to just point me in the right direction....thanks.

In the attached xlsx file....I am trying to generate text in column D of the the last two sheets, based on data contained in Column A of all of the proceeding sheets. So far, the limited entries into the last two sheets have been done "manually" - IE in the sheets highlighted yellow, I went Line by Line over the data in "A" and used Find All to fill in the right cell in Column D of the two sheets. This hasn't been taking too long, but it does seem like there should be (and hopefully is) a better way, and one less susceptible to all-to-likely human error.

    Thanks - Mike
