Producing automatic reports with 2 variables

    Hello

I have the attached document, I need to created automatic reports off of the one table.

the table records a source code, then a channel ( 1st variable ) then an outcome ( 2nd Variable )

There are 3 channels, Inbound, Outbound and Coupon these are the 3 tables of automatic reporting I wish to record. then look at the source code, the number of times it had appeared, then when it has appeared what was the outcome.

Please can I have some guidance on how I can do this, I am struggling to make this sound clear please let me know if you don't understand.

If you look at the "Outbound Recording" tab is colour coded with comments hope this helps.

    Thanks JL

Thank you, is there anyway not to list the source codes, because i have 3000 in my real version, just so it records the codes that have a number againsed it?

    Thanks

a few ways. 1 use an array functoin to remove duplicates but this calculates whenever you change something and is unwieldy
    2. use advanced filter to prepare a list of unique ids which you can then copy paste.
    3. vba to run and retrieve non duplicates which does the same as array but much much quicker.

    Hello

Thank you, im not very good with vba, Can I create a empty outcome table, then link it so --- if source code is greater than 1 return all the codes within the table? That way only bringing back source codes that have been selected?

What would this envolve me to do?

    Thanks
