i make a lot of tables in excel in order to create a Document in MS Word. Is it possible to make tables in Excel which will automaticly ocure in Word?? It is very exhausting to constantly copy from excel and paste to Word. I use Excel 2007.

Welcome to the forum.
You can paste-special/link the table into Word, so that it will update as the table is changed.
