Adding Excel Spreadsheet to the web

I have found a free way to display my excel database spreadsheet via from my computer to the web. I have installed Internet Information Services (ISS) and converted my spreadsheet to HTML (index.html) onto my system and recieved a free no-ip.com domain name. The only problem I have ran into, is that the spearsheet is larger then as if I was to view it in it orignal format on Excel. Another firmilar with this?

    Hi,

how exactly is the spreadsheet "larger"? More rows and columns? That will be something the conversion software controls. Does the text show bigger? That is something you might be able to control with the HTML formatting (or CSS if they use it).

If you mean larger in file size, then it makes perfect sense.

Saving an Excel worksheet or workbook in HTML format requires the file to not only contain the Excel data, but the information necessary to show the sheet(s) to you in HTML format.

Saving a 3-sheet workbook as .xlsx, with just one entry in Sheet1!A1 takes up 8KB on my computer. Saving that same workbook as HTML generates seven separate files totalling 20KB, with the main file being 10KB.

Well what i'm trying to accomplis is the view to fit the colm into one view and insted of scrolling over to view the spreadsheet (landscape). I know when I make the spreadsheet and if it longer, then I can change the View To Fit in the application itself, but how would you get it to view to fit on the web?
