Copying Specific Cell details to the respective Column - Please Help

Dear Sir,


Please Help. Pls. find attached the "Sample" excel sheet. I need to copy the Top Country details in the Respective Country Column.

For Example:

India Details (Column D)

In India Column (Column D) , India Country Name and Percentage should be captured from Top Country Visitors Column (Column C)

United States Details (Column E)

In United States Column (Column E) , United States Country Name and Percentage should be captured from Top Country Visitors Column (Column C)

Other Country Details (Column F)

In Other Country Column (Column F) , country names other than India & United States needs to be captured.


The desired output to be achieved is highlighted in Yellow. Please Help. Thanks in advance.

I did this... It's not simplest solution but couldn't do better

Main problem is because it's everything in one cell (C2:C5).
if you put text in separated cells it would be much simplier...

Also, it would be easier if you use 2007.
