    Datedif question

    When using the following formula datedif will calculate completed intervals (years in this case): =DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"y")
    Is it possible to tweak the formula so that it will round up to the next intyerval? i.e. 16 years in stead of 15 years 3 months and 12 days
