    Determining a value in table using multiple criteria

    Hi guyz.

    I have attached an excel worksheet (excel 2003), where i need to find the adjusted mark using criteria of original mark and subject. I'm thinking something along the lines of v/h lookup and the match and index functions but not that sure in how to go about it. I have written in greater detail what exactly is needed in the worksheet itself.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
