I have a range from E3:I3, and if any one of those cells are blank, I want the entire range to be highlighted in any colour. Is this possible?

Select E3:I3 and go to Format|Conditional Formatting.
Select Formula Is from 1st dropdown and enter formula:
=COUNTBLANK($E$3:$I$3)>0
then click Format to choose your colours...
... go Leafs go... not this year!

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
