Cell color formats when copying between workbook

Hi

I have a excel worksheet which has background colors defined for specific values.

I have to copy that worksheet to another workbook and when I do all of the colors go out of whack. different colors are randomly applied to the cells. I need the colors to remain the same as in the original worksheet.

What I've tried:
* Moving the worksheet did not work
* Copy the worksheet did not work
* Find/Replace with format - maybe I wasn't doing it right but that did not work either.

Version Microsoft Excel 2007 - XP

I don't know.. When I copy-paste it colors are fine.

Maybe you have 2007 and save workbook as 2003? (If you do have 2007 chane in profile description )

or it has something with conditional formatting?
