Using Goal Seek to find the lowest possible value

Is there any way to use Goal Seek (or any other method) in order to find the lowest possible value for a cell by changing 3 other cells?
    Cheers.

Sure, but Solver would be your better choice.

Actually it may be a bit more complicated than that...
Basically I want to get the lowest value for a cell (let's call it A1) by changing the values of 2 other cells (let's call them B1 and B2), however a third cell (let's call it C1) must be displaying the words SOLOUTION POSSIBLE. The third cell has been set up to ensure that the values entered in various parts of the spreadsheet will actually work. I hope this makes sense. So basically can Goal Seek be set to give A1 the lowest possible value by changing B1 and B2, but making sure that C1 still displays SOLOUTION POSSIBLE?
    Cheers... again.

    Nope.

Whatever generates SOLOUTION POSSIBLE has to be implemented as a constraint, and text makes no sense. Perhaps it can be expressed in terms of the numerical constraint from which SOLOUTION POSSIBLE is derived.
