How do repeat a number 3 times? I tried adding the following in Column A:
A1: 1
A2: 2
A3: 3
But when I dragged it down, it didnt repeat them perfect. In some places it was missing a number....
I just need this:
1
2
3
1
2
3
1
2
3
etc...

Select the cells with 1,2,3 in
Hold down Ctrl and drag in the bottom right hand corner of the cell containing 3

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
What if I want to repeat a different set like this:

145
146
146
146
I tried the same method but it didnt work, it left out one after about 100.
Anything else I can try?

In A1:A3: 145
In A4 and copy down: =A1+1

A1: 1
A2: 2
A3: 3
A4=A1
A5=A2
A6=A3
Drag it down
=MOD((ROW(A1)-1);3)+1
If you want different repeating number change 3 with some other number or cell
